Are these easy to use and are they effective?
Yes, they are easy to use, they are comfortable to use and easy to walk in due to the unique design of the spikes. Many shoes on the market are effectively a nail stuck through a plastic base, the straight sided nail can cause heavy friction and result in the shoe getting stuck in the ground, making them hard to use. This doesn't happen with ours and the unique spike creates a meaningful hole that aids aeration to the grass roots. This aeration reduces compaction, aids drainage, reduces moss and allows the roots to grow deeper.
