Which way does the cover go, shiny side inside or outside?
The fabric side is the outside surface and the shiny side goes on the inside.
Can I leave the cover on the gas bottle while in use?
Yes, the cover can remain in place whilst in use, the top allows for access to the regulator to turn the gas flow on/off.
