We are currently only able to deliver our products to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. As such, we are currently unable to deliver to any of the UK islands, with the exception of Anglesey and the Isle of Wight although an increased P&P charge of £14.95 applies for deliveries to the Isle of Wight - see DELIVERY CHARGES below.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order. For deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, an increased P&P charge of £14.95 will apply - see below for full details.
For orders over £100 in value we offer free P&P. No post code P&P surcharges apply.
Full details of delivery address post codes affected by the increased P&P charge are - AB31-35, AB36-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, BT, IV1-IV63, KW1-14, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, PA21-40, and PO30-41.
We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 days of your order being accepted. If your item is not in stock, you will be contacted within 48 hours and given the option to cancel the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel an order before the goods have been despatched to you, we will refund the cost of your order in full. If you cancel your order after the goods have been despatched to you, you will be refunded less your P&P charge. Please bear in mind that we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of your order, so if you decide to cancel an order, do it quickly!
If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and we will send out replacement products free of charge. Damages should be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. We will make arrangements with you to collect the damaged / incorrect items. We do reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claim.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you order from us within 30 days of receipt, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and request a Returns Number. You can then return the item to us for an immediate replacement or refund. If you have simply changed your mind, we will refund your payment minus carriage costs. If the item is faulty, we will also refund your carriage costs. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
All refunds will be credited to your debit or credit card.

The 5 Year & 7 Year Quality Guarantee ensures total peace of mind, with each cover being guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. Please note that the guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, colour fading, prolonged UV damage, misuse or abuse however caused. Any claims must be supported by a valid proof of purchase.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect the information from you that we need to process your order smoothly. We will never supply your details to a third party. We may from time to time e-mail you to advise you of our new product introductions. You will be given the option not to receive such e-mails.

We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via post, telephone, fax or e-mail is answered as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.
