Trade Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY AREAS
We are currently only able to deliver our products to the UK mainland and Ireland. We can deliver to some of the UK islands, like Anglesey and the Isle of Wight, although an increased order value may be required. For the Channel Islands we can deliver to your UK shipper/port. Orders outside of the UK and Ireland are all treated as Ex Works collection only. Please see DELIVERY CHARGES and MINIMUM ORDER VALUES below.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Our standard delivery is free on trade orders over £400. For deliveries to Ireland and the Isle of Wight, an increased minimum order value of £750 will apply. Any Customs Clearance charges are charged separately and further details are available on request.

For orders under £400 in value we may be able to offer delivery, but carriage charges will apply, please contact us for a delivery quote.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to despatch within 3 to 5 working days of your order being accepted. This can extend during peak periods.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel an order before the goods have been despatched to you, we will cancel the order accordingly. If you cancel your order after the goods have been booked in and despatched to you, then you will be charged the delivery and return costs. Please bear in mind that we aim to despatch orders within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of your order, so if you decide to cancel an order, do it quickly!

DAMAGES/RETURNS POLICY
If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect products, please contact us quoting your order reference number, and we will get the issues corrected in the most efficient way possible. Damages should be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. We will make arrangements with you to collect or invoice incorrect items. We do reserve the right to contest any damaged goods claimed if the delivery is signed for as good condition and it has not been marked as damaged on delivery.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only collect the information from you that we need to process your order smoothly. We will never supply your details to a third party. We may from time to time e-mail you to advise you of our new product introductions. You will be given the option not to receive such e-mails.

YOUR SECURITY
We do not accept debit or credit card transactions for trade orders conducted on this site, you will be invoiced separately either by proforma or via your account.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We handle all complaints fairly, effectively and confidentially. Any complaint via post, telephone, fax or e-mail is answered as soon as possible. We aim that all complaints are resolved with 5 working days.
